The Site

The construction of Village of Hope is in full-swing! The footings and basement walls are being installed currently. We ran into a couple of delays when the water level was higher than the soil borings previously had reported. We lowered the basement ceiling height to 7' to resolve the issue and place the building above the highest water line. Some of the forms needed for the top layer of the insulating concrete forms (ICF) did not arrive, but have since been manufactured and delivered to our building site. Today Dick's Plumbing and Heating is working on the plumbing installation.
